2. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that content available on LN Audio infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our designated agent with the following information:

• Your contact information (full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number)
• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing content on our platform
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, LN Audio has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent containing the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice of a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the content.

6. User-Generated Content

LN Audio provides technical tools for creators to present long-form fiction using enhanced reading and optional audio playback features within the application. Users who make content available must confirm they have all necessary rights to do so. Please review our Creator Guidelines for more information about content requirements.

7. Good Faith

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.
